MTD-LED SPA | SPA_P2

Spot Array-Leuchten wurden speziell als Fernfeld- und Seitlichtbeleuchtungen für die Oberflächeninspektion mit Zeilenkameras entwickelt. Die Hochleistungsstrahler liefern in 2 m Entfernung noch Beleuchtungsstärken von 200.000 Lux. Infolge der großen Arbeitsabstände können Inspektionen unter rauesten Industrieumgebungen realisiert werden, beispielsweise an glühendem Stahl in Warmwalzstraßen. Spot array lights are developed especially as far field and sidelight illuminations for surface inspection in conjunction with line scan cameras. Even at a distance of 2 m, the high power lamps still provide an illumination of 200,000 Lux. Due to the long working distances, inspections can be carried out in the roughest industrial environments, for example on hot steel in hot strip mills.

In der Konfiguration MTD-LED SPA-SIDE kommen die Leuchten als Hochleistungs-Seitlichtlicht-Beleuchtungen zum Einsatz. Die hieraus resultierenden Bilder zeichnen sich durch eine herausragende 3D-Fehler-Kontrastierung aus. Dies ermöglicht die Detektion von feinsten Oberflächenstrukturen und Längskratzern. In the MTD-LED SPA-SIDE configuration, the lights are used for highcapacity sidelight illumination. Images resulting from this feature show an outstanding 3D-defect-contrast. This enables the detection of finest surface structures and lengthwise scratches.

Mit dem optional erhältlichen Diffusoraufsatz bietet die Leuchtenausführung MTD-LED SPA-DS eine extrem helle, homogene und breit abstrahlende diffuse Auflicht-/Hintergrundbeleuchtung. The optionally available diffuser add-on on the MTD-LED SPA-DS light provides extremely bright, homogeneous and wide, diffuse front- or backlight.
